This place is such a scam. They take FOREVER to deliver: they keep uber delivery folks and dashers waiting forever even though they signal in the apps the food is ready when in reality they have not even started prepping it. And to make it worse, at the end of the ENDLESS waiting the food is NOT even good, like mid at best, a few of us could not even finish our orders. Save ur money, get wendys or smthg or even starve, but not this

Tried ordering around 2am using a variety of apps recommended to me here. None of them worked. Calling them goes straight to voicemail. I guess they don’t want my business.

Food never arrived, tried to contact, phone goes straight to voicemail, no updates. Feeling scammed I tipped 30 dollars for my food. This is the second time I've been stiffed by this place. Shut down your service if you're not going to operate. I demand a refund.

I spent $51 and I never got my food and they so called said they delivered my food but I got nothing and I even pulled up to the diamond st store and it’s not even a store. Scam I want my money back

Ordered at 12 and it's now 2:09 and still don't have the cheesecake they forgot to deliver, can't get a refund because he claimed he doesn't know how and he hung up. Never had any problems before and I probably won't see that $6 cheesecake either. ?

I kept my word after a poor customer experience. Night Owl reached out and delivered what I expected. Delicious hot food on delivery. Nearly packed and very late night good. My only critic are the fries. Not a fan of shoe string, I would prefer a thicker cut. The cheesesteak was perfect. The driver called prior to delivery which is great to alert you late night. Will try thr chicken cheesesteak next time.

I've never had a problem ordering from here and it's been over 2 years that I've been ordering food ! Mild Buffalo wings are my go-to. And the chicken Parm sandwich is great! ?? My son says the mozzarella sticks and cheese steaks are the best on the menu, he's 12 ? they are great though !
