Come to Ninja Bao!

I was waiting for a train and needed something to settle my stomach, I had the Tonkatsu ramen to my surprise was reasonably priced for 14$ had a soda and the staff/owners just kept giving me free complimentary food!

They gave me a cheesesteak Bao Bun and Scallion pancake!

This little gem reminds me of a small ramen shop salarymen would frequent after a hard day of work in Japan before the last train back...

Pork belly buns were good. Full of meat. Crushed peanuts were nice addition to the buns. My favorite was the crispy chicken potstickers. So fresh and delicious. Topped with sesame seeds. Chili sauce perfect spice level. Can’t wait to go back.

Just had an amazing meal at Ninja Bao! The pan-fried buns (Sheng Jian Bao) and ramen were seriously delicious, full of flavor and perfectly cooked. I was also pleasantly surprised when they randomly gave us scallion pancakes for free, such a nice touch!

The chef clearly knows what he’s doing, everything was fresh and made with care. Also, the person at the front was super patient and friendly, which made the whole experience even better. Definitely coming...
