The menu features delicious dishes such as lamb saag, mango chicken, and lamb biryani, which are all made with spices that are "on point." The restaurant's system of personally developing each plate to suit individual spice preferences is outstanding, ensuring that every flavor can be enjoyed without overwhelming heat. The dining room, although tiny, features elegant table settings with fancy napkin sculptures and playful silverware and dishes. The onion stuffed naan and garlic naan are exquisite, and the smoothie and Indian Coke drink are awesome. The servers are attentive, polite, and knowledgeable, and the portions are generous. The restaurant also provides eco-friendly packaging for take-out orders. While the back door for take-out pickup may appear uninviting, the front door entrance is welcoming. Overall, Nirvana Indian Bistro is a wonderful restaurant that is highly recommended for its great food and service.
