I really want to give this place another try. I love the neighborhood I loved the warm and cozy vibe. The customer service was OK due to the volume of customers however, I did not like that they were bringing my food from the basement but whatever the waffles were amazing the chicken was OK so so my biggest issue with them was the time, I waited about an hour to get chicken and waffles. If you are hungry, like “Starving like Marvin,” DO NOT COME HERE expecting a quick meal. BUT, what I will say is despite the wait, the food is amazing. And worth the wait!!! Trust me. Just be patient to the waiters (staff is short everywhere and no one wants to work; so be patient and kind).

This is my second time here, and I’ll be back - again and again. The service was really good, the atmosphere is lovely and the food…it’s about the food. I had the best fried chicken and waffles I’ve ever had. Crisp and hot and tasty - both the chicken AND the waffles. Coffee was good and hot.
