Excellent meal with friendly and prompt service. Large portions - we all took left overs home. Dining room was loud but didn't detract from our family meal. Definitely recommend.

There for lunch with few options on a Saturday in S Philly for lunch. The server was accommodating, very nice, no request too difficult. food was great.

We arrived fairly late—about an hour before the kitchen closed—but the team was incredibly accommodating and sat us anyway, which we really appreciated! We shared the Tonnarelli Raffaela and the cheeseburger with truffle fries. Since we usually share our meals, the server was thoughtful enough to have the entrees split for us in the kitchen. The atmosphere was perfectly ambient, and both the food and service were outstanding. Highly recommend!

Great atmosphere, drinks were so-so, waitress was AMAZING; the bartender ruined the service level. Didn’t even ask for the name because his high almighty attitude initially made my group want to leave but the waitress’ positive attitude encouraged us to stay. Bartender (didn’t care to ask his name but dirty blonde hair late fourties) continued to act like he hated his job and having to deal with people. Recommendation to management from a certified mixologist, with 25+ years in the customer service industry, as well as an operations leader, screen your hires better. Bartenders should be entertainers, they’re the root of your business, if they can’t work with a smile this isn’t the industry for them. Due to one employee and word of mouth you have lost business.

Very enjoyable night out with friends to celebrate a birthday. Food was delicious and service was excellent. Standout was the artichoke appetizer! I would go back just for that (and the very friendly service). Thank you for a great dinner.

Overall we enjoyed our meal at Noir. The place is quaint with a nice size bar and smaller dining room. We were disappointed that they were out of the artichoke but the mussels and French onion soup were very good and sizable. The pasta dishes were great but the chicken piccata was underwhelming as it was overcooked and small being a butterflied single breast. And overall the service was great and attentive. And a quick note, their website shows a happy hour but one did not exist, at least on a Friday in the dining area.

Fantastic service! They went out of their way to seat us even though I made the reservation for the wrong day.

It was just okay. The risotto ball’s weren’t bad, and the rigatoni with vodka sauce was disappointing. The best part was the mousse cake. Service was on point and atmosphere was so cozy but the food was just unfortunate. Would not return

We went for Restaurant week Lunch - WE always go at least once. Surprisingly at 1pm we had place to ourselves on a Tuesday. But food was great. I always get the Stuffed Portabella, Fettucine Bolognese and Chocolate Mousse cake and it's so consistent. Waiter Patrick was great and attentive

We come here every 5-6weeks for a quick dinner after we get our hair cut at La Hair. Never has this place ever disappointed us, food is always top notch, great servers, the drinks are always good my wife swears they make the best lemon drops anywhere. 🤙🏼🤙🏼

Highly recommend this restaurant as it is one of the best I’ve had in a while. Val our waitress was amazing and the food and drinks were so good!! Will definitely be returning!
