Noir is a great neighborhood restaurant with excellent food and service. I highly recommend it, and we will definitely return for another wonderful meal.

First timer and went during Restaurant Week. It was FABULOUS! Drinks were well crafted, food was delicious and substantial - no skimpy portions! I'll be back to work my way through the menu. Staff made the meal fun too!

The steak on the menu was extremely fatty, very hard to cut through & to chew. The calamari app: wonderful but be careful serving chunks of deep fried breaded flour, its an unwelcoming surprise. However the calamari was tender & perfectly fried along with the cherry peppers. The rice balls: wonderful Shrimp, crab & asparagus macaroni dish was good but was missing something in the sauce. But I am a chef so I am over critical, but I know what I like.

Everything was delicious, We started with French Onion Soup. I had Lobster Ravioli - Brandy Lobster Sauce with shrimp. My husband had Cheese Ravioli with meatballs. I had Dante's Inferno - Milagro Silver Tequila, Jalapeño Simple Syrup, Lime, and Pineapple - My favorite drink! I had an Espresso Martini for dessert & my husband had Cheese Cake. The bartender/waiter, Pat, was very nice

Simply put...Upscale, delicious, authentic Italian food in a casual atmosphere. We ate at the bar which was comfortable with great service and tasty cocktails. Really liked that management (or owner, not sure which) came over and asked how everything was.

The staff was courteous and accommodating. The noise level was extreme. It is the only word that I could use. This is a small restaurant. It was so loud in there that I had to lean across the table to hear my dining partner. We sat near a table of 8 plus two 5 year olds. The noise coming from that table made the first 40 minutes there almost unbearable. Once they left, the noise level dropped to moderate. The food was very good and the server was very pleasant. Unfortunately, it was close to 30 minutes after our salad for the entree to arrive. When it did, it was hot and very flavorful. We each had one of the specials.
