We attended Ocean Harmony for a birthday celebration. Overall, we enjoyed the service and the food was ok. However, at the conclusion of our dinner, we were asked about increasing our tip even after tipping very well. Unfortunately, we will not return because of that.

I have been throwing so many parties here and the food, management, and prices get worse everytime. Just recently had another party and the lady that works at the counter is so rude. I tried to change an entree that came w a package and she didnt like that it was being changed when i was told i could change it when i deposited for the karoke room. They also say its byob but its limited to only 2 bottles and you cant even bring in your own case of beer or soda unless money talks. This establishment is terrible. They definitely lost me as a customer. Definitely will be finding a new karoke w dining soon.

Terrible food overly used msg and pricey. You’ll get better food at a takeout spot in Kensington. I took 3 bites each out of 4 dishes my bill came out to $96? And I already felt bloat but still hungry. I ended still paying and just gave the food to the homeless. I hope he at least ate it, it wouldn’t blame him if he threw it out either.

Very good food, large menu. The seafood all tasted really fresh.Service was quick and friendly.They're open late and are now my go-to late night chinatown pick. MUCH better than the other more 'well-known' late night options on the corner of 10th and Race.

We came to Ocean Harmony for Karaoke and good food. When we arrived, our waiter did not escort us to our room and instead grumpily pointed to where it was. From the very beginning the waiter was not friendly. We then found a random person in our room who was from a different party.There was a minimum of $300 that goes toward food with karaoke being free. The food was decent but not outstanding with nice portions. It was a good night with a good amount of selections for Karaoke. The reason that this rating is so low is because at the end of the night the waiter was not satisfied with their tip and so they called for backup and did not let us leave the room until we paid the $60&up tip that they wanted. Our group was upset because the waiter did not do anything to deserve the tip. They did the bare minimum which was bring us our food. When we needed water we had to go find the waiter to ask.*Note: If you do not want trouble, leave a good tip.
