Great wee coffee shop this for two Scottish tartan army guys lookin for top notch coffee in Philly. The coffee is superb and blueberry muffin lovely too. Very friendly service.. love it!
Old City Coffee on historic Church Street is my favorite place to get coffee, and a fixture in the Old City neighborhood. I walk past many other coffee shops, closer to my home, on my way to Old City Coffee. My favorites are the mocha latte and the chai latte, either hot or iced they are delicious both ways. Its my first time in Philly. And despite how glaringly obvious that probably seemed, and despite being incoherent and sweaty from the heat, the baristas were so kind and helpful and quick! Not to mention how great and refreshing the coffee was (I got an iced lavender latte) and the food, too (everything bagel with scallion cream cheese).
