Rude and unfriendly service. As much business these people get you would think they would at least be respectful. They close at 9 however they always close early! Don’t come in at 8:40 they will yell Closed! So freaking rude

i took a train all the way to Philly… thinking I could get someone some food from you guys based on the yelp information and Google information that you close at 9 PM it is now 809 and you guys are closed. I’m so pissed walking across the street now. I have to walk back across the street and try to find something from somewhere else change your operation hours on yelp and on Google. Thank you

Food is very good ! People there are really nice and fast at preparing your food items ! Large variety of sandwiches plus well stocked shelves with most necessities! Go there quite often !

The food is okay but this deli is too chaotic and unorganized. I was asked to basically let four people cut me in line despite the deli’s own sign saying the line started in the other direction and already waiting in line. When I asked why the line starts there since it blocks the exit and conflicts with the instructions in their own sign, the cashier basically said people don’t always follow it. This isn’t the first time this created unnecessary confusion and when you are on lunch break, there is no need to waste time because other people can’t follow directions and the business doesn’t care to enforce it. The other issue has been a few times I ordered a sandwich, they don’t tell me until I’m there to pick it up that they are out of the bread I picked and after I’ve paid. This has happened at least three times. I was regularly going to this place but the affordable prices aren’t worth the mediocre service.

Came in at 7:59 and was coldly told the deli was closed. I don’t understand why the deli was closed a hour ahead of closing. I felt uncomfortable in the store by the coldness, lack of greeting and no regard to inform me the deli hours so I know for the future. Will not return

Great store. I had the tuna, turkey, and chicken salad hoagies (not in one sitting). Breakfast sandwich and salads are good too. They were all made correctly and with care and were tasty. The convenience store is clean and well stocked with a surprising variety of items. Thank goodness for this store!
