My wife will not go to Oscar's as the springs in the seating poked her in the butt. They have solved this by placing plywood on top of the cushion.

Irish dive bar that’s always a vibe! Haven’t had the food but it looks good. Bartender Dee is always so nice! Great place to pop in when visiting Philly

maybe the reason there was a line for every other bar but this one on halloween was because no one wants to deal with beardy magee behind the bar

Good prices, good service, drinks not weak, old school atmosphere, varied music choices…I couldn’t ask for more. I hope to come back and try the food some time.

Edit: They also have properly labeled bathrooms! Such a relief!

Dropped by Oscar's Tavern on a Friday night and was pleasantly surprised by the cheesesteak! The atmosphere felt homey, reminiscent of Ireland. The peppers cheesesteak came with three pieces and was deliciously cheesy. I'm not a fan of thick-cut fries, but these were crispy and well done! I’ll definitely return for a night out with friends.

Stopped in for a brief moment .. to grab a drink, mistaken talk about politics and was physically assaulted.. Trump and proud boy friendly.

Genuine hole in the wall neighborhood bar. Not much to look at but the food was great.

The whole experience was weird and unfriendly. A place where they will punish you for getting 10 people worth of food and drink. Maybe don’t actively belittle your patrons.

Good liit, fries, and onion rings. 😊

Perfect dive bar. Cheap drinks and great atmosphere. Only complaint is that it's tiny and gets pretty crowded fast on weekends, but if you're able to grab a table you're set for the night.
