Only thing I would say is that the cake was a little bit dry but overall the bakery did exactly what they were supposed to do as far as image

Cupcakes were hard as a rock. Seemed to be made out of corn bread

The process to order was so simple and I love the communication via text which was very helpful.
Will definitely order again,

Cake was great atmosphere was good but the service was confusing . They called and left me a vm that my cake would be done closer to 3 which was fine so I came at 3:15pm I get there at Frankford Ave they can’t find my order two girls were there one seem clueless and the other one was helpful called 5th st location and was able to tell me that my cake is on its way should be here by 4 so I left and came back and when I came back it was there .

Chocolate chip cake was the best! My whole family loved it. They were getting seconds and third's. This was literally the best cake I ever had! Thank you!

Extremely upset over this experience. I usually order a strawberry shortcake every year for my husband's birthday this was the cake his mother made him or got for him every year before she passed. I continued to get Strawberry Shortcakes for his birthday each year. I use bakeries that are highly recommended. I have used Oteris in the past with no issue. This time I ordered his cake and had it delivered. He took one slice. He said, the cake was dry even the icing was inedible. He asked if they had given him " the display cake" by accident. I just want an edible cake. The cake was delivered on Friday you can have it back to taste it yourself. It was not a good cake. I hope that tourist coming in for the superbowl parade didn't come here. Philly is known for our good food this didn't represent at all. I gave you 2 stars because I've had good cupcakes, cakes and pastries from you in the past.

Ordered an Italian rum cake for my daughter's birthday. Although they forgot to accommodate the chocolate shavings (special request), everything else was great. Very good cake! Looked good and was delicious. Ready on time for pickup with no issues and the workers are very nice!

The cake I order was perfect. It was a birthday cake for my son. His birthday fell on Superbowl Sunday. So I ordered cake with Eagles on it. It was delicious everyone enjoyed it.

Have been getting my children's cake from here for 11+ years . This year will be the last as my son birthday cake was ruined . I was told they could not find the color I wanted for a certain part of his cake so they decided to pick the colors themselves. Without asking or calling . Not happy at all.

I ordered a strawberry short cake from 4 days ago & it was trash the cake was dry & nasty!!!! they messed up my order & refused to give me a discount price!!! Their customer service sucks I'll never order from them again! Worst bakery in the area!

Cake was beautiful. Prettier than I expected. Everyone raved about how delicious it was. Communication with Gina was great. She seemed to go above and beyond to ensure I got exactly what I wanted.
