I purchased an edible photo from the Mayfair location on June 8th, which I usually go to 5th st. And they sold me a poor photo. I didn’t realize until I was home and it was too late. I emailed them on the 8th and no response. I went in to see if there was anything they can do and the owner Lisa said no because I should’ve looked at it before I left and bought it back when I noticed. Gave no apology and made it entirely my fault for not looking when her team gave me a bad photo. Also went as far to say, I shouldn’t have gotten a photo from them because they don’t do it. When I called to confirm before I sent it to them. Poor customer service!

I made a last minute order for a birthday cake for my Pop Pop’s 80th birthday. My order included a lemon pound cake for 50 ppl, 4 dozen chocolate covered strawberries and 25 chocolate covered pretzels. Everything was ready the next day! And it was delicious! Everyone raved about the cake and other deserts. The staff was very helpful and patient with assisting me with creating the perfect design for the cake. I was very pleased and will certainly be making future orders.

Love the ladies in the bakery, they are super nice attentive and sweet. However this cake I bought for my daughter’s 9th birthday was SO DRY the kids wouldn’t even eat it. I’ve been patronizing Oteri’s since my 21 year old was born and the quality has dropped tremendously. I’m not sure what has changed or who is making the cakes but 5th st always has molded chocolate covered strawberries on display for sale (I’ve purchased them a few different times unknowingly). The one in southwest has EVERYTHING STALE even display snacks!!!! I’ve noticed over the past few years it didn’t taste the same and the taste was falling off but THIS CAKE was a waste of $289….. I’m left with way more than half of it and nobody is going to eat it because it’s dry as a bone. The icing was nasty also. I’m officially done patronizing this bakery. (ALL LOCATIONS) This cake is so dry it literally falls apart when you cut it! It was pretty though…..
