The cake was very good. The design exceeded my expectations. Everyone at my daughter's graduation party complimented the cakes design and taste. I will be coming back. Thank you!! My daughter was so happy!

The cakes used to be so delicious now they couldn't give me a cake for free everything that I purchase each cupcake that I got was dry tasteless and to be honest I wish I can get my money back.

I hate this place heres why. I order a cake with them and I receive a disaster. The blue cake is what I ask for and I told them to change the color to red because my son can't have blue. Do yall see what they gave me. Yes they refunded me but that wasn't enough. I picked this cake up may 16th and my son bday may 17 and he have no cake now. This was very annoying like who is the manager here, why would yall do me like this and charge me $94.00

Went and ordered my daughter a birthday cake for Saturday 02/21/2026. The icing on a cake was in disarray I had asked for a layer cake and they completely ignore everything I had wanted. Call they said they will give me store credit and I said okay. Arrived at my daughter's birthday party cut the Cake and they did not give me a layer cake they gave me pound. This location did not care about my daughter's birthday or anything else. I have gone to this bakery years ago and I've never had any problem like this I have gotten great customer service a wonderful cake. With that being said yes over the years things change but you still expect to have good customer service and people who care about their job and the people that they are serving. I tried my best to talk to the owners and they ignore that they would not let me talk to the owners

Ordered a strawberry shortcake on a Tuesday for Friday pickup. Staff over the phone and in person were hospitable. Fairly priced and tasted great - many compliments and the cake was almost gone by the end of the night.
