I love the Spider-Man cake. I ordered from old Terri’s. The cake was delicious. Also the treats I got the kids love they did an amazing job pick up was actually pick up time. It was ready. I would recommend them to anyone I know.

Omg this place smells like dumpster juice the smell is so bad that I could even stay to shop myself and my husband figured this would be a great place to take the girls to get some treats but boy was I mistaken !the lady at the front desk was OK not rude but not friendly either this place is a no go for me

The Fact that I ordered my child’s cake and specifically requested purple flowers along with blue and pink but got black flowers is beyond me!! I was unable to view the cake myself because I had work and had to have someone pick it up. Not to mention no one showed them the cake at the store ?Furious is an understatement.

Avoid - this place has awful customer service and the cakes are very mediocre.

1) I called and asked for if they could write a happy birthday message on a cake for a family member. They happily agreed and then sent a cake without the happy birthday message on it - which is just very disappointing.

2) the cakes are not that great

Ole school people y'all will understand this...slap ya mama... so I went into this Bakery while I was hungry, I took my time, I asked questions, the service was good, they were kind, they were patient. The establishment is clean and smelled good, they were attentive. I' m gonna to tear this slice of Carrot cake up. Y'all better go get some!

Ordered this Thursday picked it up this morning. This is the second picture cake I've ordered from here,they are definitely my go to bakery!

My daughter ordered a Italian rum cake, this weekend for my birthday. The cake was dry and it barely had any rum in it. I don't know if the icing was butter cream, if it was it was nasty. And I always go here for my cakes. I'm surprised that this happened. I will address this issue next time I go here. I don't want the same outcome.
