After visiting Philadelphia today, I had to stop by Overbrook Pizza , a place I loved when I lived nearby for about a year almost 9 years ago. Then I left the U.S., and returned two years ago to settle in Maryland. I really missed visiting them. The pizza this time was fantastic & everything about it was perfect, so good it might even make me want to move back near them again. What made it even more special was that the owner still remembered me after all these years. Their kindness and great treatment of customers hasn’t changed. Truly unforgettable, and I’m excited to visit them every time I come to Philadelphia. 🍕✨

Starting going there 5 months ago and instantly became a customer at least once a week with no complaints. Then as i always do. I ordered 2 cheese steaks. When i get home and sit down to eat and watch my show i opened up my steak with only meat in the middle where the cut is. On each end of the bun was mayo and unmelted cheese. Furious. I get up and drive back only to be rudely given back my money and told to go somewhere else. No i will fix it or apologies.
Just Go. Vere ignorant and big headed because of the will smith hype. They lost a good customer. Oh and when i got home i noticed they cheated me out of 2 bucks.

I got pizza and so far they have the best pizza. It’s a family owned pizza store they have other things as well but I love their pizza just because that’s the only thing I’ve tried from the store.

Poli Kala! What a great family owned pizza shop. The pizza was delicious! The Greek salad was refreshing with the perfect amount of oregano *chef’s kiss*

I would definitely eat there again!

The biggest problem that I have with overbrook Pizza is that there are no prices or menu. I ordered a cheesesteak stromboli, online the prices $9 and some change. But when it was rung up it came to $14 and some change with taxes.

Food is high quality but when I asked for a discount on stromboli because it only comes in a small size and I wanted a large ,so I offered to buy 2 strombolis if it could be discounted..the old guy told me in no uncertain terms to go elsewhere if I wanted a discount even though I explained it was not a demand but a suggestion.
Very arrogant,rude and ignorant.
I will take my business elsewhere like he suggested.

This was the worse experience visiting this place new to Philadelphia. All hoagies come with lettuce my hoagie was missing lettuce when I arrived to my destination. I decided to take it back as asked for it to be remade. The owner put lettuce on the already made hoagie and gave it back. Bad business he couldn’t afford to remake a sandwich with sliced meat and had the audacity to say “you want me to waste money”, well I just wasted money ordering that mess.
