Recent Reviews

This was a neighborhood staples when I was growing up. So much so that it would be my last stop before leaving Philly when I came home for a visit. The food is still good, but the family-feel of the place is not the same. It seems they are trying different combination of staff, but the group there on my most recent "felt right." They seem to be a part of the fabric of the community.

The prices have been raised and are exorbitant. I know I can find...

I hadn't been here in years, so I decided to try it again. However, I was disappointed. The cheesesteak doesn't taste anything like it used to. We asked for certain condiments, and either they were forgotten or just very sparingly used. The service could be better, they were confused about our orders, which were placed online and paid for online, etc. I want to be fair and say I'll give a 2nd chance, but can't promise I will.

I came here last year on a recommendation and came back again cause it was that good!

My only complaint is there was no condiments with my food. No ketchup for my fries. Other than that, as Arnold said, "I'll be back!". ?
