Ordered an espresso shot at 7 PM mobile dine in Order, got the text it was ready, it wasn’t, they hadn’t even considered the order and just ignored it.
Then i was told it’s coming, lied to 4 times and had to wait 45 minutes. It wasn’t even crowded.

Visited this location Sunday July 27 around 10:00 am. Usually we go to metropolitan but it's under renovation. Anyway we order two bagels cream cheese on the computer screen. Ten minutes later a single untoasted bagel comes out. We ask the girl behind the counter can we please have the two toasted bagels we ordered? She grabs the bagel back and then 10 minutes later comes again with a single bagel. Although the bagel was good it seemed to be way more of an involved process than it should have been. I don't blame the girl behind the counter 100 percent. Corporate or whoever is making the management decisions needs to add another employee or two to make sure things are running smoothly. It appears they have an absolute skeleton crew running this place

The absolute worst Panera I’ve ever been to. Lazy, skimps on food, food not secured so when it’s delivered the food is all in the bottom of the bag. Like it’s so so bad.

Order is marked ready but still waiting almost ten minutes for it to be given to me. This is even when I order just a drink. They NEVER put ice in the drinks that they have behind the counter. I have to dump some out and get drink splashed on me when I add the ice to it.

This specific location is not that good. I ordered a chicken BLT with avocado and they barely gave me any chicken, one slice of avocado and piled a TON of lettuce to hide this. I ordered the same sandwich from a different store and it was beautiful! Plenty of chicken, not an insane amount of lettuce, and 4 slices of avocado. The whole point of the sandwich is the avocado. First photo from 40/walnut and second is from A different location. See the difference? WOW! The 40/Walnut one had 1 tiny slice of avocado and not nearly enough chicken. Then they tried to pile on a huge amount of lettuce to cover it up. Will NOT ever ! Be ordering from 40/walnut again! Then they didn’t even want to refund it til I called a second time.

Ordered from this location through door dash tonight, and one half of my sandwich had multiple long, dark hairs throughout. I'm so disgusted at the thought that there may have been hair in the first half. People who make/prepare food should be wearing hairnets and management should ensure that they do!

I ordered a half Cobb salad I think so, and when I checked inside the bag, It looked so bad that I didn't wanted to eat it anymore. The salad I got only had lettuce , some weird sauce , feta or parmessan cheese , and some dressing that tasted awful. The customer service was awful! I am never coming back there again!
I ordered in the app. App said order is ready. I waited 18 minutes inside the store but it wasn’t ready. Employees kept saying 2 0r 3 minutes. I told them to cancelled my order. Not a single explanation why it’s been that delayed. Both the employees were rude.worst customer service

Even though the staff is predominately black; they treat black patrons poorly. The manager kicked out two black boys who were charging their phones while there were kids who weren't black playing board games for over three hours and had purchased nothing. It was a truly disgusting thing to witness. And the manager was aggressive with the boys when he kicked them out whilst peacefully telling the other kids to leave.
