have been to this branch more than 10 times. standard panera, they’ve never gotten my order wrong even with my special requests. occasionally the food takes a little long to come even after the screen/app says it’s done but no big issue. love the large seating area on level 2 although i personally find the music a little distracting for work. the manager seems very friendly and proactive.

This was a very disappointing experience. We came in for a late day bite they have an upstairs dining area, we seated ourselves had our food out and then we were told to move because that area was closed. I would not have been irritated but we had started to eat, there was no signage or closed sign, so we had to bag everything up and take it downstairs. It was just 4 of us. Not cool!!! When you pay 70.00 worth of food you should be able to eat it.

I came in here to get a nice salad and spend a couple hours doing school work. This Panera on a college campus does NOT have public wifi. False advertisement, it wasn't active at all. I wouldn't have come and ordered food if I had known you were falsely advertising wifi to get students in there. Very disappointing.

The male manager acts as if he is looking for an issue and there is no issue. This is all because I called here asking for directions months ago this is ridiculous. There was a Caucasian female manager here one day and she was very nice. FYI I just had diarrhea 3 days for quitting nicotine and caffeine so I was here looking for something that didn't have cheese, nuts or fruit on it....These people think everything revolves around them.

Tried to give this place another shot. There was a worker cursing out loud while walking through the place. The ladies operating the register are something else… 👎🏾 won’t be back to this location.

Probably t he worst Panera bread and I’ve always thought that the Panera bread near my job was awful . I ordered half spicy fiesta chicken today and I guess they ran out of ingredients because they just have me chicken and bread.and I ordered food at 6pm and I didn’t get it until 8:15pm

I ordered from the hotel a few blocks down, put the exact address, hotel information, etc. The delivery didn't find the place. Panera blamed DoorDash, both online claims and the manager at the store. Although I ordered from them, I paid them, they charged me extra for delivery. I never interacted with DoorDash during the process. The fact that they do not take responsability for their mistake says it all.
Many good places around, this one unfortunately doesn't deserve your business.

Their manager is extremely rude, unprofessional, and unwilling to help. He treats costumers very poorly, he is hostile, and he runs the operations in an insufficient manner. He gets unreasonably upset with simple requests/mistakes. It’s not shocking to hear many others have had the same experience. Will not be eating here in the future. There are better options around.

This location is so incredibly slow. The first time I thought it was just an off day, but the second time it also took 17 minutes to get a bagel and an iced coffee (without any in person orders ahead of me) Definitely not a good stop on the way to work if you’re looking for somewhere quick.

The customer service is the first thing I noticed when I first arrived. I didn’t feel like I was burdening the staff by being there. I felt like the people who worked there actually enjoyed their jobs. All the staff was kind to me. Also the employees takes great care of creating a very welcoming environment. I almost thought I was at Chick-fil-A with how polite they all are lol. The food is good and the service is even better.

Order, got the text it was ready, it wasn’t, they hadn’t even considered the order and just ignored it.
Then i was told it’s coming, lied to 4 times and had to wait 45 minutes. It wasn’t even crowded.
