I asked the cashier for a large BBQ chicken pizza. When I got home, I found that they had added bacon even though I did not order it and could not eat it. When I called them, they told me that I had to return with the pizza to get a new one. Very bad service.

Food was good for the most part, it's your typical papa John's location that offers the usual deals and promotions during this time of the year. You could spend $30 and feed a family of 4, that's guaranteed. I'm not sure why there are no beach seats or chairs for customers to be seated while waiting for order but assuming that a certain type of crowd has since abused that convenience. The orders are usually ready within 15-20 minute wait time which is not that bad in comparison to other locations in the city. Especially with the heavy traffic and constant hustle and bustle in this particular area or WESTPHILA.
I have called customer service over 5times trying to get a refund over the matter of 3weeks still no refund. They delivered an Alfredo with no noodles and who would eat that ? I'm black . They told me my complaint was not put in for the SECOND TIME. Even the store remembers who I am because I have called so many times each time after calling customer service this is so unprofessional and time consuming for absolutely no reason. Why couldn't I just bring the Alfredo back and get a refund.!!

I didn’t realize a lot of people already knew this was NOT the place to order from. I learned the hard way.I gave it another shot because I thought it was just the occasional mistake. But on both occasions my order was missing items, it was the wrong kind of pizza, the sticker was ripped open.Considering the many similar reviews at this point, this place is clearly criminal and stealing money regularly.

Ridiculous. Every time we place an online order, they call and ask what we wanted. And STILL we never get the correct toppings or sauce combinations. If you can't handle online orders, don't take them!

To be honest I've never had an issue with this Papa John's. However, I have only ever ordered online, with some deal promotion/specials pricing, and picked up my pizza in-person. The pizza is honestly quite a steal if you use a good coupon and for me it's always been exactly what I've ordered. I never wait more than 15 minutes from when the order is placed online to pick-up. There are no tables or chairs in the store, as of my most recent visit. I have found the service is hit or miss, but normally it's not too much of an issue since I walk in to pick-up. They take contactless payment options, which is nice.

I live in a luxury apartment building and driver claims he left the pizza when my doorman are telling me driver took pizza back. Not offered a refund or anything for my inconvenience when I have children I am feeding. I’m so angry I could cry. No money back yet or no pizza.

This deserves a 5 star not because I’ve never had Papa John’s Before but because of The Stellar One Man Service I received!TOP TIER my guy Jylan was...I work at Chase which is close by and so the other day, for lunch I wanted to try the new Doritos Papadias; my guy was working all by himself. Never complained once; Took my order with much patience AND prepared for me one of the FRESHEST and Tastiest meals I won’t forget!Keep doing and being amazing bro.Papa Johns should be proud to have you.Thank You!
