I tried to redeem my free small pizza per the terms of the deal and it didn’t work!
Great service, quick and clean
I’m very disappointed with my recent delivery experience. I placed an order through the Papa John’s website and specifically selected door service, which means the driver is supposed to wait and hand the order directly to the customer.
My delivery was scheduled for 7:00 PM, but it was dropped off early at 6:45 PM. I later found out that even though I ordered through the Papa John’s website, the delivery was outsourced to DoorDash.
