Hello and good evening and happy new year, I ordered off of doordash which was not a problem, but I do have a problem with papa John. Tonight I ordered for me and my family which we couldn't wait!!!.. or our deliver meal!!.. normally this restaurant takes pride in there food but however it wasn't there tonight!!.. the pizza was warm not hot!!.. the 8 piece was wings didn't have a enough BBQ sauce!!.. and the saddest thing was the garlic knots, that I was craving...

I’ve never ordered from this location but was randomly craving Papa Johns as opposed to other chains or any Pizza Shop in specific as they typically have crazy wait times on a Saturday night at 8 PM. I ordered a Large pizza with extra cheese and their cheese sticks. Order was correct, food was still hot, delivery came within 20 minutes of me ordering off their website. They gave me all of the sauces I ordered etc.

It's alittle pricey but the service was awesome the person answered any questions I had with out negativey he was very professional because the situation consist of him over charging until I asked for a recalculation of my order which in fact I was right he was wrong he corrected I still was able to make my purchase
