The worst customer service ever. The buffalo chicken pizza was burnt. We were missing a slice and upon returning to the store to inquire about such slice, the pizza maker accused my disabled son of eating it and trying to get free food. I told him nobody was trying to get free food. Showed him my box of slices and told him, his math wasn’t mathing. The guy told me it was tax money. I told him tax money 80cents doesn’t add up to one dollar pepperoni slice that was missing. The owners daughter asked for my name. She informed me she wasn’t allowing my 2 boys to buy pizza in their shop anymore because they always cause her father’s business to lose product or lose money. I asked her when that happens and she says, every week. We have never had a problem there before, this was the first time. I am disgusted. I didn’t eat my pizza either because it was covered in oil. The Horseheads, Ny Papa John’s discriminates against children with disabilities and that is horrible. I told her I won’t be patronizing
papa John’s in the future if my children aren’t allowed in the shop because they haven’t done anything wrong. It’s a terrible thing to make up lies about children. She is pregnant herself and better pray she has no complications with her childbirth or she may get a child with a disability that she hates so much. We have spent so much money there over the years and to be treated so badly is what drove me to write this public review. She will not lie or make my children feel bad about themselves over a slice of pizza. So Papa John’s can keep their dollar slices, we won’t be back.

I ordered cheese sticks door dash and they came burnt. This is ignorant human error. Unacceptable. Whoever approved this delivery should've been swallowed. I want a refund. Calling corporate because I still have hungry kids.

I ordered a delivery special and even paid for a tip. I realized my order wasn't coming. 😭 Should I call customer service no help. Funny had somebody help me pick it up cold.. they explained the route to tip in the delivery charge n no help. I called customer service the next day. Still no help. Good luck order in there

We ordered a pizza for delivery and 20 minutes after it should of been delivered it showed cancelled. We called and was told the driver was leaving with it as we spoke. A half hour later we got a call that they couldn’t find our address and we have had pizza from there delivered before. They said they went to our neighbors house and they said it wasn’t theirs. Funny how they didn’t call while they were out with the pizza !!! He then said we can come pick it up. I’m sorry I’m not picking up a cold pizza that was ready over a hour ago. Terrible phone ordering service. Instead of being able to talk to a local person, when their website is actually down right now, they route the calls to someone in a foreign country to save money. I get it, it’s a business, but it’s a stupid business decision because I hung up and called someone else. When your call center rep barely speaks English, you’re not saving money, you’re losing customers.

Horrible customer service. There are no delivery drivers, they use door dash. If I wanted to use door dash I would’ve used door dash. They gave me an incorrect phone number for the door dash driver and said they’re not allowed to contact door dash. The employee was rude, useless, and hung up on me. I never received my order. The store would not answer the phone for door dash customer service. Door dash won’t offer a refund or reorder you battle back and for with who is responsible. Order here at your own risk, prepare for a nightmare!!
