Horrible customer service. There are no delivery drivers, they use door dash. If I wanted to use door dash I would’ve used door dash. They gave me an incorrect phone number for the door dash driver and said they’re not allowed to contact door dash. The employee was rude, useless, and hung up on me. I never received my order. The store would not answer the phone for door dash customer service. Door dash won’t offer a refund or reorder you battle back and for with who is responsible. Order here at your own risk, prepare for a nightmare!!

This pizza tasted like plastic, second time order from papa John’s and the pizza never tasted like this. I’m never ordering from here ever again.

It’s no freshness in their pizzas it tastes like day old pizza and theres literally no cheese you are better off eating off the ground ?♀️
Today was their grand opening so when did the medium specials for 3.99 I ordered two pizzas but only ended up taking one home because they were giving out cheese pizzas that been sitting out for hours and hours and hours the manager refused to make any fresh pizzas because he said it was Papa John's policy that they cannot make any fresh pizzas after 11:00 pm but they close at 3:00 a.m. this is the first time I ever had Papa John's and I'm pretty sure this is going to be the last I was excited that we had a Papa John's but between the manager and the cold pizza and him not caring about anybody who was in there complaining because everybody was complaining and you can tell he did not care about his job. Customer services very important to me and I'm highly disappointed that this is my first experience and my last with Papa John's
