When Mango Coconut Cake restores your faith in humanity, because surely someone on earth still cares unselfishly to have made such a worthwhile dessert.
This location is the worst of all locations. The berry tarts are usually stale and the fruit is bitter. The staff is rude and always look unkept. This location has turned me completely off from the brand and will never purchase from this dump again.
Wonderful bakery to stop into while walking around the city. We love everything, every time.
Came in on Sunday at 7:35 and it says they close at 8. Apparently they stop serving coffee at 7:35. If you’re going to stop serving at 7:35 then close at 7:30 so I don’t waste my time making the trip over.
Our favorite bakery. We come up here a few times a year from Delaware just to get breakfast...for a few days. Love the ham and cheese croissant.
Berry Tarte is delicious! I appreciate the environment as well. They have Parisian style chairs and tables to make you feel like your actually eating something from Paris.
Staff is lovely and treats customers warmly. I got a variety of items since I won't be able to come back to the area soon. I came to try the butter pecan flavored items and they didn't disappoint. I came late in the evening so I couldn't get all the items. I appreciate that the store adds new items periodically. Parking is limited since it is street parking but there are plenty of garages nearby.
If i could give zero stars, i would. As my lovely cashier (because she was not the problem) was cashing out my order, i witnessed a different Paris Baguette employee spit in the sink twice while washing her hands at 5:00 PM today; thankfully it’s all on camera. I was so shocked that she did this in front of customers & had the body language that spitting in sinks was a common practice, that I stared at her in disbelief. She then confronted me with a hostile attitude, asking why I was staring at her. I directly explained that spitting in a sink that is, by law, only zoned for hand washing & dish washing sink was unsanitary & is a health violation. Instead of apologizing, she began yelling at me for confronting her. No manager intervened, and the other young employees seemed too intimidated to get involved. Her aggressive behavior and complete lack of professionalism was appalling, especially given the money i spend with that store. The spitting was disgusting & needs to be addresses but the hostile customer service was even worse. I have owned a customer service business in the city of Philadelphia for over 20 years & i understand employees can be difficult to handle. However there is never a reason for an employee to think its okay to yell/mis-treat at a customer. Her next step should have been to get her higher up. This incident will be taken to management… i was in the phone with my son who had to listen to his mother be degraded like that in person. I hope the employee isnt a reflection of the manager when i speak to them about the incident🤦🏽♀️
Poor customer service
Paris Baguette is hands down my favorite place to stop for dessert! The pastries are absolutely delicious, with a perfect balance of flavor and freshness. It’s the perfect spot to grab breakfast, enjoy a quick snack, or treat yourself to an after-dinner dessert. Plus, you can even buy a beautifully made cake to take home. The atmosphere is welcoming, and the staff is always friendly and helpful. Highly recommend for anyone looking to satisfy their sweet tooth!

Paid $32.xx by cash and went to the table , by then go back to the counter ask for restroom code , the answer is ON YOUR RECEIPT IF YOU HAVE ONE . My bad i didn’t take a receipt from the cashier . Why the staff so rude . But another staff can help with the code.
While staying in center city we stumbled upon this cute establishment with lots of yummy treats to choose from! So many great choices to where it was hard to make a decision because you don’t want to over indulge 🤭 watching my waist and back here
My daughter loved it so much she walked back for more yummy food. You definitely have a new customer whenever we’re in town because we were that pleased 🤗 I even brought my other daughter who stays there for breakfast one morning and she is a customer of yours as well. So we got to brag on the things we enjoyed together. Will definitely be back if we are back in town! Keep up the amazing work and wonderful customer service!!!!
Hands down my favorite coffee shop in Philly. The choux bread will make your mouth feel heavenly.
If I could give it no stars I would. I placed a mobile order for some cake slices for pickup yesterday for today for Thanksgiving Celebration.Upon arriving I was told my order wasn't there and told that I had made a mistake. I showed them on their app that I had the right location and instead of taking accountability I was greeted with extreme hostility and attitude from the employee who kept trying to shift the blame to me insisting that I had made an error or possibly picked it up earlier. Absolutely outrageous! The manager did apologize but only after making a fuss and going back and forth with the misinformation from their employee. Extremely unprofessional I would not recommend this location if you have a special occasion. Spend your money elsewhere where they treat you with an ounce of decency!
Great for a quick lunch :-)))
