Felt like I was a loyal customer Mann! Order from yall for years but I guess time changes. I orders a small pizza for 17$ never got my order ! It was for delivery! I called and asked were the order I was told on the way ! Mind you I’m on 54 and Haverford Ave smh I order at 10pm .Never got a call back from manager & order was not replaced ! I was robbed board daylight 10/14/2024 @ 10:29pm never again

The food here is good, but the service is so bad that it doesn’t even matter. Unfortunately, the poor service overshadowed the quality of the meal, making the experience disappointing overall. I wouldn't recommend it unless they improve their service.

I placed my order at 9:15, called to check on my order at 10:45, I was told that the driver was 10 minutes away. It’s now 11:58 and I still haven’t received my order. 3 hours for delivery is outrageous especially when I never received it in the first place. Do better.
I’ve never waited so long for a delivery in my LIFE! If they can’t handle service the community by delivering, please just offer pick up! the customer service is disgustingly poor. I will never order from this place again. Never!!

I ordered the pizza special they said that they came out and called me and I didn't have missed call from them and they took it back and when I called to see where my order was the manager said that he could not send it back out why when I didn't get no phone call from y'all when I had to feed my kids now I got to wait a whole another 45 minutes to an hour to feed my kids from somewhere else then on top of that I don't know what's going on lately but they don't pick up the phone it was just ring ring ring doing business hours you got to keep calling even on their slow days you got to keep calling for somebody to pick up

Ain’t no way in hell this is the second time i’ve ordered from here 1st time “they didn’t make the food” and it took 2.5 hours to deliver, cold and soggy pizza, now my food doesn’t show up after my fiancé paid with his card and Called the store and they don’t answer. We will be contacting the bank and reporting you for stealing our money.
