Don't order food from pizza pizza. They are using a third party service that when they send your food out half of the time, it does not come or it comes very cold and my food came cold 3 times and it was stolen twice Whoever these new people are working there are very professional..

If you don’t mind waiting 40 days and 40 nights for a pizza that shows up colder than your ex’s heart, then by all means—order from Pete’s Pizza on 52nd & Haverford.
I placed my order TWO HOURS ago. It’s now 9:26 PM. Still no pizza. No tracking update. No call. Not even a smoke signal. I’ve called the shop at least a million times—no answer. I called Slice (bless their confused hearts) another million times, and even they were like, “We don’t know what’s going on, sis.”
How is Slice out here promoting a partnership like this without even an expedition (explanation + expedition because that’s how long the wait feels) for the terrible service?

I ordered a pizza and cheese fries. The pizza was fine but my fries were undercooked. They gave me a replacement on the fries and guess what!!!!!! They were undercooked also. I called all night and the next day to try to get a refund just for the fries but no one called or cared that I was a unsatisfied customer. I will never give them another penny. Don’t waste your time on this place and their new owners. Horrible experience. I should have learned from the past. Never again

Felt like I was a loyal customer Mann! Order from yall for years but I guess time changes. I orders a small pizza for 17$ never got my order ! It was for delivery! I called and asked were the order I was told on the way ! Mind you I’m on 54 and Haverford Ave smh I order at 10pm .Never got a call back from manager & order was not replaced ! I was robbed board daylight 10/14/2024 @ 10:29pm never again

I placed my order at 9:15, called to check on my order at 10:45, I was told that the driver was 10 minutes away. It’s now 11:58 and I still haven’t received my order. 3 hours for delivery is outrageous especially when I never received it in the first place. Do better.
