Bought a cheesesteak combo at the new location at the Berkshire Mall, and was impressed. Steak was well seasoned and everything was fresh made. There are more options for your meal than what the menu let's on. Will come back again.

Walked past this place on the way to the Liberty Bell and it smelled fantastic, so I decided to try it and eat here, and I made the right choice. It’s fantastic. You have to get the onions and peppers, as I’m not sure how anyone can eat a cheesesteak any other way? They used banana peppers instead of green peppers like most every other place I’ve been to, and I cannot describe the amazing flavor it had. Definitely worth the price and I will return!

Had my first Water Ice, Lemon, here while we were touring the area. Fantastic! The gentleman that ran the cart was friendly nad hooked my right up, even though he was in the middle of a boat load of Cheesesteak orders. If I had had room for another Cheesesteak I definitely would have ordered one of his, they looked and smelled incredible. His usual spot is right there on the corner of 6th & Market and it's a great unofficial Ambassador to the city and it's local flavors. If you're going to visit Philly, this is a good stop to plan on.

Philadelphia is home to two iconic treats that everyone must try: the Philly cheesesteak and water ice. In Old City Philadelphia, you’ll find these local delights served up just steps from the city’s historic landmarks, making them perfect for refueling while sightseeing.
The Philly cheesesteak, with its soft roll, juicy thinly sliced beef, melted cheese (often Cheez Whiz, provolone, or American), and optional fried onions, is simply unforgettable. Pair that with water ice—Philadelphia’s signature take on Italian ice, known for its smooth, creamy texture and bold fruity flavors—and you have a winning combination. These treats are especially popular on hot summer days, offering the ultimate in comfort food and refreshment.
There’s just something magical about enjoying these local favorites in the heart of Philly’s history, surrounded by sights like the Liberty Bell and Independence Hall. It’s a quintessential Philly experience! This little stand is the best!!
The Works is their popular one - homemade salads and local sodas, love it!

We were so excited to find a "real" Philly cheese steak so close to where we were going on tour. Service was wonderful, food was wonderful and fast. Price was great for the portions.

The best cheese steak I've ever had. Super nice owner. Next time I'm in Philadelphia I'll definitely come back here. My wife also really enjoyed it.
That's what I call authentic street food.
