Horrible experience the young lady working today 4/1/24 1143am very disrespectful and customer service experience I wish I could put a zero. You shouldn't talk to customers in any negative fashion, frown your face up because you don't understand how customer service works unfortunately you work in a business to satisfy people if you can't do that as a part of your job maybe you should find something else to do.

The food is good, most of the time. My experience would be overall better if the workers here did a better job at following basic directions when customers ask for specific menu items and if the inner atmosphere of the business were cleaner (specifically where the customers wait in line and prep mustard for their food on the counter). Considering that this place is known for selling mostly pretzels, you'd imagine it'd be easier to prepare the simple worded orders from the customers but this definitely isn't always the case in this place.

Good location and great staff, I wish if it was serving more fresh products.
I had a Good to Go order but first time at this location. Pretzels were soft, fresh, and salted just to perfection and this is at 5:40 right before closing. I’m from Jersey so the Pretzel Factory locations are good but this one is Greaaattt. Even the daily specials and prices are much better. Next time I’m in Philly will definitely be back. The staff was nice as well, no issues????????

I been coming here for well over 12 years and never had an issue until the last month or so... Orders seem to get messed up like crazy anymore. Just today, a fat bearded dude with a high tone behind the counter messed up my order. When I went back to ask him to fix the issue less than 5 minutes later, he simply told me "there's nothing I can do". I did not take a bite out of my food or even as much as open my soda, yet i have to pay for his mistake? Excuse me but I paid for your service and you can just mess up my orders at MY expense?? Never coming here again. Nobody working there has a smile on their face anytime I've been there this past month. Workers always seem moody. You're better off going to the pretzel factory on 3rd and Oregon.. much better quality service.*Edit: Typical that they result to calling the customer hateful rather than admitting to their faults and remedying the issue... you people seeing this? Just remember that this is how they will treat you after they mess up YOUR order... You've been warned. At least now I know to avoid the one on 3rd and oregon also. I expect nothing more than the same shady practices.

At 6pm, order 3 pretzels at the window and when I got home they were hard, not fresh. I'll go to another location when it's convenient.
I like the pretzels but mostly the Mango slushy ice thing they sell here is freaking phenomenal. But you can’t get a 5 star by just having one really good thing
