The food is good, most of the time. My experience would be overall better if the workers here did a better job at following basic directions when customers ask for specific menu items and if the inner atmosphere of the business were cleaner (specifically where the customers wait in line and prep mustard for their food on the counter). I had a Good to Go order but first time at this location. Pretzels were soft, fresh, and salted just to perfection and this is at 5:40 right before closing. I’m from Jersey so the Pretzel Factory locations are good but this one is Greaaattt. Even the daily specials and prices are much better. Next time I’m in Philly will definitely be back. The staff was nice as well, no issues????????

Soft pretzels Philly style, which is the best style IMHO. Totally appreciated the counter staff giving me the heads up to get the no salt pretzels since I was taking them on a long flight. Nothing worse than a soggy pretzel!We got some pretzels bites to go, fresh out of the oven, soft and lightly salted to eat immediately. Delicious!
