We used Philly Pretzel Factory and this location for our takeaway item at our wedding and the whole experience was absolutely flawless. This team, especially Josh, were so professional, responsive, and friendly. Josh and his team genuinely care about their customers. They even gave us pretzels with our initials at no extra charge. I highly, highly recommend using them for any event in Philly.
The food is good, most of the time. My experience would be overall better if the workers here did a better job at following basic directions when customers ask for specific menu items and if the inner atmosphere of the business were cleaner (specifically where the customers wait in line and prep mustard for their food on the counter). We came by the pretzel factory very early on a Sunday morning to feed a big group of people at our Airbnb. Djamal was amazing. Great energy, amazing hustle and he wished us a happy birthday. What a great place and great guy. The pretzels were a hit.
