Every time I try to buy a pretzel, they’ll either be closed or they say ran out. On online it’ll say they’re open until 6pm but these encounters have happened between 4:50pm & 5:30

Mangement is rude and cocky. I have never been spoke so badly has I have been this morning. I’ll stick to my local pretzel factory. Tip :Do not waste your money

They never have any sausages as advertised. They could make more money if inventory was there.

Staff was nice. Pretzel dog was small, overcooked, overpriced, and cold.

I have photos and video of this place closing 2 hours early every week on the weekend , especially Sunday while the station is packed.

30th street station location has terribly unprofessional staff. Second time I went here and the register girl was talking over the counter loudly in my face to someone as she ignored me while I stood with 5 dollars in my hand. Her friends were not far in the corner on the stairs. Second time I walked away and I came over a year ago. She needs to be taught how to service guests otherwise the work world will devour her outside of that place.

We went today to bring pretzels back to the office. The employees were helpful and friendly and efficient. Pretzels were fresh and not overcooked!

I bought a cup of the rivets on a layover at the train station. Not only where my pretzels hard but they were cold. Not just not hot they were cold to the touch. I ate 2 and threw the rest to the birds when I got to my stop.
