Small, cozy Vietnamese restaurant. I ordered the pork chop rice special. It was great. There was also a duck noodle soup that looked and smelled so good but couldn't get to it. Service was great. They put tables together to accommodate our party or 6. Plenty of street parking outside on a Sunday.

These PHÒ devours come all the way from the south Philly elite. @phocyclocafe the staff is always nice. The mother of the business is super helpful and very welcoming. The food is absolutely delicious and it's always fresh. Here are ordered the shrimp.Phò with no noodles with Asada rice and all the spices included lol. It's my absolute favorite. They do not offer outdoor dining nor do I think that they have a bathroom, but it always feels like home. Small hole-in-the-wall Vietnamese restaurant with many menu options! I got the pho and it came with a generous portion! I wasn't able to finish the entire bowl. It was around $15 for a bowl of pho with 3 different kinds of meat.

What a hidden gem on a pretty rundown block of South Broad. You enter to a fairly unadorned room that doesn't strike you with high expectations. The service is quick. The food is delicious. Try the Vietnamese crêpe.
