These PHÒ devours come all the way from the south Philly elite. @phocyclocafe the staff is always nice. The mother of the business is super helpful and very welcoming. Small hole-in-the-wall Vietnamese restaurant with many menu options! I got the pho and it came with a generous portion! I wasn't able to finish the entire bowl. It was around $15 for a bowl of pho with 3 different kinds of meat.

Small, cozy Vietnamese restaurant. I ordered the pork chop rice special. It was great. There was also a duck noodle soup that looked and smelled so good but couldn't get to it. Service was great. They put tables together to accommodate our party or 6. Plenty of street parking outside on a Sunday.
