Staff is consistently rude with few exceptions. Store is dirty and floors and bathrooms not kept up. This morning I pleasantly thanked the “barista” with a smile and she just stated at me. I think the hair dye killed her common courtesy. I usually avoid this store but had no choice today. Never again. WAWA or Dunkin’ it is if no locally owned shops are open.

The location is very clean but can be very loud and crowded, with a long wait for orders, though a recent interior renovation made the service much faster. There was no wait for a table, and free refills are available on coffee and tea.
