We have family in Philly and Pho Ha Saigon is our first stop when we visit. Authentic Vietnamese food. Pick anything on the menu and it will not disappoint. It is also Grandpa's my husband's favorite noodle place. The place is always packed because the food is so delicious! Service is great. Never disappoints.
THE OLD MAN TAKING ORDERS IS SCARY!I have been coming here for years, but it feels like over the years the quality and service have gone downhill. The prices have been going up, but that's everywhere. I don't mind the quality of food since it was cheaper than most places and passable. However, I'm afraid to come back because of how uncomfortable the old man waiter was. I give him props that he remembered our orders without writing it down. The food came out quickly....
I’ve been reading the reviews and I have to say the waiters are off. It’s like they don’t like Vietnamese to dine there. You sit there and eat and they sit there watching you like “you better tip me”. I’m sorry but the owner needs to retrain the service it’s bad. I like the food here but I guess to inflation they been changing up their food too. We order a pho dac biet came out to be very little meat. If I was the owner of this place I really watch how the waiter...
