Came from out of town, thought I was going to get a hot pretzel here. It was lukewarm at best. The hot cheese was cold, and there was no guidance on what was good or what to order. Kind of disappointed. But you can definitely tell the taste is there, I just wish it was at least warm when I first bought it.
This place is hot or miss. Staff is usually pretty friendly and first thing in the morning pretzels are usually hot and soft. On occasion I encountered an employee that was a miss. The employee that came to the window was off putting and seemed slightly annoyed but I was still pleasant.
