Pho Street Reviews
Just left this place after barely being greeted by a rude , unresponsive host. Then left to wait for our server to greet us for 15 minutes. Only for them to NEVER ACKNOWLEDGE US AT ALL. We just left after 15 minutes and weren't even noticed in the slightest bit by any staff at all. Will never spend a penny at this dump.
Excellent food & an incredible amount of it. This won't be my last trip.
DO NOT GO HERE. Every single time I've ordered from this place, they mess something up. They genuinely just gave us dirty dish water and said it was a coke. When I called to confront them, they hung up twice. When I finally spoke to someone their only response was "uhhhhh, oh yeah". How is that a response to "you sent home dirty dish water rather than the coke we ordered"?!
Keep the cooks and get rid over everyone front of house. They're the absolute worst.

Pho Street offers quick and tasty pho with all the fixings, ideal for a speedy lunch break. They prioritize in-store customers, ensuring prompt service. Crispy spring rolls and flavorful vermicelli bowls complement the fragrant and tender meat in their steaming pho. Customers can enjoy a fresh, homemade-tasting pho in a generous portion or try the delicious pork chop. The restaurant features an unusual setting, with an Auntie Anne’s store inside that appears to be permanently closed, adding to the quirky atmosphere. Guests order through self-service touchscreens at the Arch Street entrance, as there is no front counter staff. After paying, they can sit and wait for their number to be called, with orders prepared quickly. The broth is flavorful and comforting, especially on colder days, and the pho is often praised as the best in the city. The place is often packed, with great service and a very clean kitchen and bathrooms. The restaurant is wheelchair accessible. While the atmosphere can be quiet and somewhat uninviting, the quality of the food makes it a good spot for a warm, satisfying meal. Customers also appreciate that the portions are generous and the food tastes homemade.
