Love this place. Staff is always nice when I come here. They do made-to-order pretzels since the pandemic, so if you don't order ahead you would wait 5 mins. But those 5 mins are so worth it for a hot and ready pretzels. ??
The staff is very friendly the wait is actually five minutes unless you order online I love this place because the pretzels is very fresh not like they’re waiting in the window under a ultra beam light but other than that this is my number one spot in Center City and the female cashiers are gorgeous
