The food and service at Picanha are excellent—we used to really enjoy coming here. But this Friday night, we had an uncomfortable experience with the front desk staff. She was more focused on her phone than on welcoming guests. She pointed to any table with a bossy attitude, no courtesy, and came across as arrogant and rude.

One of the best experiences I’ve ever had. Picanha Brazilian Steakhouse is a great establishment that offers a huge amount of food and variety. The waiters were extremely friendly, very charming and genuine with us, customers. A peculiar waiter (a tall, black guy with ponytail) earned our heart since he enchanted the experience with great conversations. If you ever go to this establishment, make sure to not eat unless you want your belly to be overfilled 👏🔥🙌

I love going with my family. The food is always good and the service as well. William always serves us. He is very friendly and an excellent professional. I highly recommend it and hope everyone is lucky enough to be served by him.
