the beginning of this meal was fantastic!! the sweet potato w yuzu buffalo was definitely our favorite. the blistered carrots were balanced so nicely with the mandarin and the yogurt. the parsnip cutlet was super good but could’ve used some more elements in my opinion. unfortunately, the tortelloni was just so sour and overcooked that the filling and the pasta became the same texture. it left a rough taste in our mouths so we decided to finish it with the chocolate dessert....
