I tried ordering pizza from the &pizza app, but then, 15 minutes after the pizza was supposed to arrive, the driver cancelled my order. This is under was understandable; it was raining heavily. However, then &Pizza sent me an email stating that the order was cancelled, but did not provide a refund, regardless of what I tried. When I called their phone numbers, it's always just an AI voice that wouldn't forward me to a human. The only thing it was capable of doing was to send me a link to review the pizza. So I submitted a review asking for a refund -even if it's clearly not what the form is for, thanks Ben the AI- and haven't heard anything back. I am very hungry and not having this right now. &Pizza, if you're reading this, I would like to receive a refund. Please and thanks

The worst experience ever. The server kept on shouting and behaved inappropriately. No sense of politeness. And she really discriminated with the service. Serving politely to some people there and just shouting at others. Idk why the discrimination…..

Just a quick random stop while hangin out with my child. Glad we did. Pizza was on point. I had the lil roni and she had the Mamba somethin. It was really good tho. Cashiers was pretty chill, cook was pretty chill. I have no complaints about the place and will definitely be back.

I love &Pizza! I have the pleasure of placing a large order to welcome students each fall and it's a great introduction to Philly's food scene - fresh ingredients and a great variety. Plus, the manager, Franklin, is just a great guy to work with! Highly recommend. (PS no atmosphere rating because I always get take out / catering)

I like this place - it is a chain, and they use touch-screen displays for ordering, so I would recommend using the app (which has dramatically improved since it first launched and is currently pretty easy to use).
They do flatbread pizza - their whole pie is probably equivalent to 3 slices of a large round pie. That being stated, their value lies in their customizing options - you can get just about anything you want for $12 or less; I don't think I've ever ordered a pizza here with less than 6 toppings. If you pick the right options for your tastes, then you should be happy with your order.
I just tried the side salad and I'm impressed - it's very reasonably-priced and tastes good.
Overall, it's a solid place...

I ordered a pizza one Uber and I tried to call the store to make sure it wasn’t crispy or well done but their automated system said I have to come in in person to make adjustments.
