i ordered here from uber eats and was given the incorrect food. i reordered it because i can’t eat breaded chicken and that’s what was sent when i ordered blackened. the second order was breaded chicken again. this is so frustrating because it’s a dietary restriction and obviously someone couldn’t be bothered to cook the blackened chicken which has to be made fresh.

Took me more than half hour for my 18pcs chicken wings. I placed order on app, after 20 minutes when I got there, my order even not cook yet. I have to stand there for 15 minutes to wait they cook. No smile at all, specially the manager, tried to not get eyes contact with me. And the ventilation is terrible in the restaurant, too smoky inside.

It was quick, quiet & and clean, my disappointment is no public restroom, that's not good some people love to wash their hands with soap & water. It's a need these days. This will stop me from returning. Hand sanitizer does not kill germs better than soap & water!
Dietary restrictions: The bread is a problem for me, so I usually take the bread off. If they had grilled chicken, then I would be able to eat the bread less calories!

Place is going more and more downhill every time I go. Well today was the last time. They were out of soda but still charged me full price for combo meal. There was a wait for fries and they were not friendly at all. Never going back! Chicken wasn't crispy because it was so greasy
