I went in to pick up dinner for my son after school and Ali was not only prompt but polite. i felt heard and he got my order 100% correct. A lot of times with fast food the order is either not correct or the team member doesn’t care to ask what sauce you would like with your food. Ali covered all bases and i’m so thankful! I recommend going to this Popeyes 10 times around due to the service that I was given!! Thanks Ali 😊

Don’t go here! Biscuits are like biting into a rock and the tenders were cold and no meat. Just a ton of breading that has turned into hardened lava! Lemonade was the only thing that was half descent. I would have said something to the staff but I didn’t want them to start a kiddie flash mob!

Never. EVER will I get food from here again. I got food poisoning. My boyfriend, & I, ate the sweet & spicy wings with fries, & the mac & cheese. When I tell you I was vomiting for hours, in/out of the bathroom, stomach cramps, & experienced body tremors/shakes like I’ve never had before…My boyfriend ended up sick as well! I went to the ER last night, they ended up giving me an IV bag, & telling me to stay hydrated. It’s been a little less than 2 days, & my body still has not 100% recovered. If there is a way to report this location to the health department, I will make sure it’s done because there is absolutely no possible way that this should have happened. I want 0 apologies from anyone who works here because there is absolutely no excuse! This is nasty! I just want to warn others. Do not eat from here unless you want to get severely sick. Either someone didn’t wash their hands, the food wasn’t cooked/stored properly, or this place is dirty. Never again.

You should increase the air exchange rate of the central air conditioning system indoors because the air quality is very poor and it smells strongly of fried chicken.

I want to appreciate Ali who made our experience so blessed. We were in rush and long line discouraged us to purchase anything. However, Ali understood our concerns and made sure we were provided excellent service. Thanks Ali and the team for great service.
