Cancelled my order without telling the reason and I've been waiting for 30 minutes
The location is 4160 Monument Rd Philadelphia Pa, 19131 and 3:44pm. My daughter and I were here and I made two orders and paid separately My daughter ordered her food and paid for it and went to the restroom. Laurie the mgr took our order she gave me my daughter's order first and forgot to give her bbq sauce for her tenders( we didn't realize it until we was on the road). She gave me one of two of my order and told have good day. I asked her where's my other order of food? She asked me to see my receipt and I gave it to her, she said she forgot and proceeded to make my order. I asked her for my inconvenience can give me a extra bisque because I waiting for a long time? She said NO! I said that was rude and that's poor customer service. I will never go to that popeyes again.
