terrible owner, take responsibility for your laziness please, or stop running these businesses.

All fast food chain in center city sucks and this Popeyes is the probably the only one that aren’t bad. I always order directly on Popeyes app in advance for pick up, and it’s always ready within 5 mins. Really impressive consistency. But the food sometimes aren’t correct. I still get the sandwich with pickles when I ordered no pickle.

Racist… I sent my boyfriend to pick up our families’ $35 order. He said when he asked for condiments he was looked up and down and got no response until he had to plead that he just bought a family meal and wasn’t given any. The guy gave him 2 honies, 1 butter that he dropped on the floor while asking him “is that good enough?!?!”. Please save yourself the racist trauma.

They wouldn’t search for or let me pick up my pick up order because I didn’t have the order number. I had my name, ID the credit card and I was there at the store. They only had about five orders to look through to find mine.

9/10 great food/ service, highly recommend if you’re in the city and you want a quick carry out . We ordered a family bundle meal with drinks , super kid friendly . Highly recommend we will be going back when we are in the city , thanks!

Awesome! Screwed up a very easy lunch order today. Ordered repeated 3x and read it back to me and they still messed it up. I will not be returning. Their chicken isn't that good to begin with. See ya!

Every time I go to this Popeyes , something is always wrong either the chickens not all the way done. or it’s too done and greasy, the fish was so hard like it was fried twice or microwaved.
