Awful service. The employee called Andriel charged intentionally to my order two more items that I never requested. Since I was distracted I paid and left, but when I noticed the overcharge I went back and another employee helped get my money back. Be careful.

The folks working last night (11/17) were a lot of fun. The coffee was delicious. Great job! :)

Disgusting coffee. I ordered a medium coffee with cream for a whopping $5. It tasted burnt, I couldn’t even drink it. Service is not the quickest either. I recommend skipping Pret and going to dunkin for coffee.

When did the prices get so insane? $16 for a salad? $8 for a half sandwich? Totally crazy.
Their pay system was down, so they were not accommodating even their free coffee pass. Very rude customer service in general. Don’t count in them if you are in a rush.

Google maps says it opens at 6am. At 6:30am, asked if they will open soon and the employees were annoyed and stated “soon hopefully.” Almost 7am, still haven’t opened. Liked this chain cafe in London for sandwiches, so-so for coffee, but will not be getting to try it here.
Service is a joke and they open 1 hour later than the listed time. I asked the staff when they would open and they said hopefully soon but then several minutes later they said they would open an hour late. Rude and lazy staff!

It's, okay. They don't open early like they use to. No place to sit because they let others who bought food from somewhere else sit there

Delicious and very fresh sandwiches. Fair prices, especially for a train station! Tasty coffee - sustainable and organic, too. Quick efficient service. Great proximity to train platforms. Lovely staff (even though probably have to deal with a lot of annoyed Amtrak passengers given the many summer heat delays). And I appreciated not to have to pay extra for non-dairy milk. :)

The elderly little woman working the register was very rude and didn't seem like she likes her job too much. Also, all the available tables were dirty. Instead of talking to one another, maybe you can clean off the tables. And put someone on register who knows basic customer service etiquette.

I was traveling and wanted a healthy food option. I'm so glad a young lady on the train told me about this place. I had the chicken rice bowl. I loved the flavors.

$5+ for a black iced coffee with too much ice and not even completely full + a sensory nightmare paper straw. I’m never going back in there again.
