The foods not that good and they over charge you. I got a mediocre sandwich and iced coffee and it was twenty bucks. The service people did say please and thank you but with an extreme attitude. Place was very clean. But for twenty bucks I would have been better off going to McDonald's at least I would have got more for my money but knowing I'm going to get attitude.

Very rude. Will charge you $7 for a cup of coffee and then come out from the back to admonish you for shutting your eyes while you wait for your train.You’re located in a train station. Travelers are going to be tired. As long as someone is not disturbing other patrons, why harass a paying customer?

Bought the coffee club it's expensive. The stupid dummy was rude and said it was working when I went to get my thing scanned at ther location at William gray 30th street Is there a reason why this location never opens on time. Why would I have to buy a coffee if I just spend the money on the subscription. You are ripping people off and your workers are nasty

We came at 0830 hrs on a Saturday. Place was dirty. Almost no food selections. The employees were rude. Got our order wrong then blamed me for it. Had to bus a table to have somewhere to sit.

Absolutely horrible experience. $7+ for a basic oat milk latte that tasted like pure steamed milk. When I mentioned it was not good, I was confronted with attitude and defensiveness. After telling them I did not appreciate the attitude and that I wanted just a regular black coffee the employee proceeds to tell me it will be $5 something for a new coffee. This is following paying $7 for low quality drink I took two sips of. They ended up giving me a coffee that was bottom of the brewer and topped off with ice coffee cause she ran low. I worked at Starbucks for 5 years and normally don’t complain but this was absolutely ridiculous. With the prices I should love my drink like no other. Save your self and get a coffee elsewhere.

As a general rule I don’t usually complain or comment if service or product is unsatisfactory. However, if you’re looking for a decent cup of Java in a rush, avoid this place like a plague. Employees arguing amongst themselves and coffee as bitter as battery acid. Au Bon Pain a little further down the station is no bargain either.

As good as you can expect for a train station. Good quick service much appreciated but only concern was the lids didn’t fit on the salads so half of them were sitting their open which I definitely wouldn’t buy.
I never write reviews, but the opening manager (i think) was the rudest employee i’ve come across in a long time.

Great place to grab a quick bite before boarding the Amtrak Train to Boston. We like their sandwich selection and salad. There are plenty of inside seating.
