Food critic here! Let me give you the Real Real about Prime 😉. I will write about one of my orders; Rasta Pasta with charred grilled shrimp. I had a pleasant experience. I’m originally from the UK, and it’s worth noting that historically African dining style restaurants are fairly rare in Philadelphia. If you’re looking for oversized portions typical of a traditional African restaurant, this isn’t that and it’s not advertised to be.

I came here for a date night and the food was cut out of 10. My boyfriend really wanted to come to this restaurant to try their roasted pasta and they did not disappoint. We will definitely be back. Thank you prime.

I stopped by Prime Fusion on a Friday night around 6 p.m., about an hour after they officially opened for the evening. The place was pretty empty, which worked out since I didn’t have a reservation and just wanted to grab a seat. The vibe was chill, and the waiter was friendly and attentive.
