apparently the employees can't read NO ONION.. HOAGIE WAS SOGGY AND LOOKED LIKE IT WAS 3 DAYS OLD ..WHY DID I WAIT 30 MINUTES FOR A PICK UP????
Order wasn't ready when promised. Clerk tried to give me the wrong order. Had to wait additional time for the right sandwiches. I get home and both sandwiches were not prepared how I ordered. Very disappointing. Chestnut Hill location.
