I love primos so much. But when I went into this location I saw two people working hard making sandwiches, but noone was at the cash register. I got some things together and then waited at the register for someone to come over. One of the people doing orders greeted me and then the girl who should have been working the cash register came out, phone in hand open on instagram. She couldn't stop scrolling social media the whole time she was ringing me out and forgot to put...
If you're used to the sandwiches as the Chestnut location (if they still make it as i experienced), i have to say the Ridge location will obviously fall short. It's a Primo Hoagie but under management of someone pinching pennies...
Definitely don’t order online less than 2 hour before they close they will make your hoagies any way they want. You ask for unseeded rolls they will give you seeded roll. You ask for spicy mustard and they give you honey mustard on an Italian hoagie. Very poor service.
