Customer service is wonderful, food is very good. I have been staying at this hotel for about 2 weeks for business & ordered food few times. Each time, was a great encounter w the staff & great food. Recommend the cheeseburger, cheesteak, corned beef n cabbage.
This is a really nice looking hotel restaurant. Lured me in with the decor and nicely lit bar. I'd recommend the old fashion and the Ruben with fries. I loved my drink and meal, though I was the only one at the table that did. The service was slow and lacked in common decentsy. Plenty of staff but still overwhelmed. Could have been better all the way around. Gotta love that its in the hotel though.

Provisions Kitchen & Cocktails is a hotel restaurant with a nice look and a nicely lit bar. The French onion soup, Cesar salad, burger, cheeseburger, cheesteak, corned beef n cabbage, and Ruben with fries are recommended. The old fashion is also recommended. The food is very good and the customer service is wonderful. The staff is knowledgeable about food choices. One visit had slow service that lacked in common decentsy. Burgers came out perfect, just as ordered. Guests staying at the hotel would dine here again.
