I LOVE THE LADY AND I LOVE HER FOOD, ESPECIALLY HER WATER ICE'S

I go in and the lady behind the bullet proof plastic ignores me. I should have walked out then. I begin to place a order and she's saying something I can't understand so I (very nicely)say,"I can't hear you" (I actually couldn't understand her). I then say, "I'm sorry I can't hear you" while putting my ear closer to the window hole. She then (with a very nasty attitude) says, "not serving food". My thing is... If you aren't serving food and you're supposed to be a restaurant what are you serving? Secondly if your licensing to serve food is bad then you should be closed. Never again will I grace this place with my presence or recommend anyone enter as well.
