The chips and salsa lacked in very many chips but the salsa was actually pretty good. The ambiance was horrid. The silence was defeaning. It was like walking into a room where you know the couple just had a massive fight. We wanted the paradilla for 2 and they didn't even have carne asada. I paid for my Horchate (it was good) and we left. Also They have a giant TV on the wall as decoration because apparently it doesn't work.

I always get the steak burrito and they are always tasty. Very generous portions of meat, rice and pico taste amazing, and good size (noticeably larger than a can of soda). Go on Wednesdays for 20% off burritos and it's a great deal for dinner.

Ate here with my dad.

The fajitas were great, and the two salsas (red and green) were fantastic. Better than most salsas I've had, and if you know Mexican food, you know salsas are a great touchstone for what's to come.
The owners are a husband and wife and the wife was our server.
She was incredibly nice and we enjoyed our meal.

The name "Quetzally" means "Beautiful" in Nawat.

Try it out! I'll definitely come again next time I'm in Philadelphia.

A Mexican restaurant that’s good is as good as its marketing. On the packaging, Quetzally Mexican Food’s messaging thanks you for your order, and states, “Enjoy the flavors of Mexico!” Quetzally delivers, and the flavors are palatable perfection. The soft and warm corn tortillas are gluten-free, one of the choices, with flour being the other, are homemade and delicious. The entrees consisted of Al Pastor Tacos, and Barbacoa Tacos. The Al Pastor Tacos were cooked with a beautiful balance of flavors. The pineapple ratio used in the recipe was just right. When you add your choice of spicy or mild sauce, you bite into a mouthful of savory and spice, and a fabulous delight. Awesomely appetizing. The Barbacoa Tacos were good, but not as juicy as expected, after eating the Al Pastor. Still you could taste the mixture of flavors fresh cooked beef, with slight tangy, and tartness. As I ate each one of the three tacos to the order, I wished there was one more there. The food left me craving more, and the package’s QR code, when scanned, takes you to an offer for 20% of your order, along with their menu. So, save the code, so you can enjoy the flavors of Mexico again!

I ordered shrimp tacos, on 2/14/24. When I tell u it’s the most horrible tacos I ever had, shrimp half cooked, no flavor but they were somehow red like they had sazon on them. It was so heavy because they put 2 handfuls of lettuce that were half brown. It cost me $15.00 plus $2 for sour cream and cheese! CHEESE! I’m about to throw up typing this. Now granted I was the last order on a Wednesday night. (9:30pm) but still I mean atleast the amount of shrimp could match the lettuce. Never again will I ever go there and I live around the corner.? place look nice though I had to eat one because I was so hungry and didn’t want to waste my money ?
