I booked the Merlot room months before for my daughter’s bridal shower the day of the event I was told I didn’t have that room I had the Noir room because I had a smaller party. I waited all day to talk to Kevin the manager, who I found out is Kevin Smith the Owner, that never came in and when I asked again at the end of the party he was not at the restaurant I had to call him three times and left a message he didn’t seem to care about my complaints and said I was bumped...read full review
My niece booked a room months ago. Today, the day of our event we were put in a smaller, DIRTY room that wasn’t ready for our event. It stunk of smoke, THE BATHROOM DOOR DIDN’T lock, the walls were dirty and had crusty old command strips on them, ceiling tiles were missing , curtains were falling down, the carpet was so dirty it was black. we've gone there for years had parties,funerals etc there. Everything was always very nice.
