We stopped in as a family of four and had a great experience. The cheesesteak was amazing and the Caesar salad was truly chef's kiss. Our waitress was attentive and very knowledgeable about the menu, which made ordering easy. Service overall was fast and friendly. We were in and out in under an hour, which was perfect. The restaurant was very clean and welcoming, and it was clear that the staff takes pride in maintaining a spotless environment. Highly recommend Red Owl Tavern...
Our server was amazing, there was a wedding going on next-door, but it didn't detract from the attention that we received when we were seated. I brought a friend from London to this establishment and they thoroughly enjoyed it. 
I live and breathe the hospitality industry, am easy to please, but tough to impress. Top notch service, above and beyond the expected. The manager, Dan, exceeded any preconceived expectations I had of this historical restaurant, providing thoughtful punctuations of delight during our post-dinner drinks. I will absolutely be back and tell everyone about my experience.
