Richman’s ice cream has to be the best in all over Philadelphia. I go there at least once a week with my family/friends. The owner is a very nice guy and treats his customers well. And when comes to the ice cream in one word it’s amazing!! They have a variety of flavors to choose from. I have nothing but good things to say about this place!!
