Warning!!! DO NOT USE THE ATM!!! Check your food!!

Today, Saturday 5/09/2026. I called To order 2 egg rolls, 1 shrimp roll an a cheese steak rolls. When I got there i needed cash. Which the place has an old ATM inside. Thats was a red flag....Cool.. I stood at the ATM for about 7 minutes. the machine ended up taking my $50 Of course the store owner claim to not have any parts in this. Which I know is a lie.. The restaurant has to pay a percentage for ATM to be inside the store... COOL ILL CALL MY BANK AND DISPUTE IT.. I drove down the block to another ATM. Received my money with no problem. Went back to pick up my food.. left... as I was in my car about to take a bite. I notice this shit burnt.. A quick u-turn.. to go get my money back or she can remake it... long story short.. The girl thats always at the register on Her phone knew my food was burnt and didn't want to remake it or give my money back... yall please check yall food before leaving Any restaurant because some ppl just don't care.

This wasted my time, money and gas....

As a chef, manager.. my number one rule to my team is never ever serve something you will not eat yourself.. it's to hard out here nowadays for ppl money to be going down the trash over, Not caring what they serve.

Oh fyi I will not be going back after being a customer for over 2.5 years. Yup, loss me that quick...

Absolutely disgusting and unacceptable. The food was beyond horrible. The rice was clumped together, mushy, and greasy — this was NOT fried rice at all. The wings smelled rotten, and there was visible blood on them, which is completely disturbing and unsafe. I felt nauseous just looking at the food, and even worse after trying it. This place is a complete embarrassment and should NOT be allowed to represent Chinese food. One of the most disgusting restaurant experiences I’ve ever had.

I love it here they fed me eefoc for just thr price of 677777 cent the dog paws is very good 10/10 I would very kuch recommend if u have to feed a famiry of foe this is me btw

Went to Rising Sun and enjoyed the food but came out fast on the other end. Did have a weird experience with worker with thin creepy mustache, he said that I smelled nice and asked if he could buy my sweaty socks. All around a good place and I made 20$

My order consisted of the shrimp lo. W main and the general saw chicken with white rice. The shrim Lo mein was tasteless, as for the general General ts'o chicken that was average. Overall the food was ok.

I never had anything other than their egg rolls. I travel all from west Philly to get 4 egg rolls every time. The girl at the counter is always so nice 🙂 #1 egg roll spot

Does not have a delivery. I would not order at this place for credit card orders. They only take cash.
